What does B.A.P.S. mean? B.A.P.S. is short for Beautifully Adorned Princesses.

When was B.A.P.S. Accessories Established? B.A.P.S. Accessories was in the work for many years. In May 2018, we decided to bring B.A.P.S. Accessories to life and launched in August 2018.

What do B.A.P.S. Accessories sell? We sell everything from earrings to toe rings.

Is all the jewelry B.A.P.S. Accessories sell real? No, Not everything. We carry Grade A costume and sterling pieces.

Do the sterling pieces have 925 stamped? Yes, that is how we tell costume from the sterling.

Do you have men accessories? We launch the men accessories May 2020.

Are you mobile? We are mobile however, there is an extra fee for us to come to you.

Do you provide personal shopping? Yes, the fee for personal shopping is $20

Do you have children’s accessories? Yes, children's line launch May 2020.

Do B.A.P.S. Accessories accept deposits for items/orders? Yes. If you see something you like/love but can’t purchase it in full, you can pay a deposit of 50% and that item(s) will be on hold for 14 days. Should you decide not to continue with the purchase before the 14 days are up, you will receive a full refund. Note: if your order is not paid in full by the 14th day, 50% of your initial deposit will be deducted as a courtesy to B.A.P.S. Accessories for item(s) held.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do B.A.P.S. Accessories ship? Yes. We ship via USPS. All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

*We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

What is B.A.P.S. return policy? All sales are final after 7th day of invoice date.

Note: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not included with return time.

Should you find you are not happy with your B.A.P.S. Accessories purchase due to one of following: defective, broken, or the wrong item was shipped, please return the item(s) within 7 days of invoice the date. If an issue is found with your order that was made of our behalf, please contact us via email: info@bapsaccessories.com

You will receive a response within 24 hours of your email.

A few exceptions…

*For the good faith of hygiene, earrings and cosmetics cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

*Items brought during Birthday/Anniversary Sale, Blowout Sales, Black Friday or Cyber Monday cannot be exchanged or returned.

We highly recommend you inspect your item(s) thoroughly upon receipt.

*All items are inspected, photographed and packaged personally by the owner of B.A.P.S. Accessories for both your and our protection.

Can I return my fur slides? We do not accept fur slides back for returns only exchange.

Do B.A.P.S. Accessories give refunds? Refunds are given as an B.A.P.S. Accessories store credit ONLY. For a store credit to be given, the returned item(s) must be in its original purchase condition, including the original packaging the item was received and all accessories. Any item(s) you received with tags attached must be returned with the tags intact.

Is there a restocking fee? Yes, there is a 20% fee for all restocks. This fee will be deducted from your credit balance.

What is the delivery failure policy? Any packages returned for delivery failure, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, delivery refusal or failure to pick delivery up from local post office or designated holding location, a store credit will be issued for the purchase, minus original shipping and return cost and a 20% restocking fee.

Do you take pre-orders? Yes, some items will be available for pre-order.

What is the turnaround time for pre-orders? An order will not take any longer than 10 days for both processing and delivery.

 

FUR SLIDES

 What is the turnaround time for production and delivery? The fur slides are handmade and made to order. There is an 8-10 business days turnaround for production. Once production has been completed, the order will be shipped out anywhere between 1-3 business days.

Are the slides true to size? Yes.

I am between sizes; do you have half sizes? No, we do not offer half sizes. Should you require a half size, we suggest going up a full size in your slides. (Example. You wear a 7 1/2, you should order an 8)

I ordered the wrong size. I can I return for the correct size? Due to the fur slides being made to order, we can/will not accept returns.
